HUD has announced the 2022 income limits for the MTSP housing programs effective April 18, 2022.

The 2023 HTF income limits have been published. They are effective 6/15/2023 and must be put in use immediately. Limits may be found in the documents section, under Income Limits.

October 13, 2022 the 2023 COLA was published at 8.7%. This is the largest increase since 1981.

The Social Security Administration has announced the Cost-of-Living Adjustment (COLA) for 2022. Social Security recipients will get a cost of living increase of 5.9%, the largest increase since 1982.

The 2021 HTF income limits have been published. They are effective 6/1/2021 and must be put in use immediately. Limits may be found in the documents section, under Income Limits.
