Extended Unemployment Benefits End On Labor Day

Starting Monday September 6th, an estimated 8.9 million people will lose all unemployment benefits.  The Biden administration stated Friday that there were no plans to reevaluate the end of the unemployment benefits.  This plus the recently ended eviction moratorium could have a devastating impact on people that were barely making ends meet through the pandemic.
