Lesley joined Spectrum in July 2018. Lesley started with Spectrum as the Administrative Assistant, then received training as a Compliance Analyst and now works as part of our Operations team, where she acts as a liaison between clients, analysts, and management staff. Prior to joining Spectrum, she spent almost 15 years teaching preschool through 2nd grade as well as a flute in Boston and Shanghai, China. Lesley holds a B.S. in Biological Sciences and Music from Clemson University.
