Emily joined Spectrum in June 2022. Prior to joining Spectrum, Emily worked from an Occupancy Specialist to Housing Manager at South Portland Housing Authority for close to 10 years. She has experience working with the HUD and LIHTC programs. Emily has a Bachelor’s degree from Mount Ida College.
