Deborah joined Spectrum in July 2003. She has over 29 years in property management experience, ranging from site management to director of compliance and support for a privately owned management company. She has worked with the tax credit program in Delaware, Florida, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Massachusetts, and West Virginia. She has experience with LIHTC, HUD, and RD programs. She attended Towson University and majored in English.
