Cintrece joined Spectrum in June 2017. Prior to joining Spectrum, Cintrece had several years of experience working in management and compliance for LIHTC properties in Louisiana and New York City. She has a Bachelor’s Degree from Sacred Heart University and continuing education coursework through Johns Hopkins University in the field of multi-family housing.
