This past April 2024, Spectrum Compliance paused the 2023 HUD Tenant Demographic and Income data collection process in order to update our software in an attempt to deal with, among other things, the technical issues presented by the increasing security protocols that Microsoft has had to implement that have made it difficult for many entities to deploy and work with our software in their operations.
Consequently, we are continuing the pause and will be collecting both the un-submitted 2023 and 2024 data simultaneously during the summer of 2025. We apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused. Please keep in mind that if, as previously stated, you haven’t submitted your 2023 data you will not be cited for non-compliance.
We have not yet determined the exact date we will restart the data collection process but do expect to announce details in the first quarter of 2025. Please check this web site on a regular basis. Once we’ve set the start date CTCAC will send an Email notice to all property owners.
