* XML IMPORT USERS
If your management software IS NOT using the XML Standard version 3.0 or higher then you’ll have to manually enter certain income and rental data into the Spectrum software after the XML import process has been completed.
Additionally, if your management software is capturing the new racial categories and is also using version 4.0 of the XML Standard then any of the new racial categories that have been entered in your management software will be imported.
If you are not sure if your management software supports version 3.0 and 4.0 or higher of the data standard you’ll need to contact your software vendor. Spectrum does not have information regarding the specific XML status of third party management software systems.
