2023 HTF Income Limits
The 2023 HTF income limits have been published. They are effective 6/15/2023 and must be put in use immediately. Limits may be found in the documents section, under Income Limits.
2023 COLA ANNOUNCED
October 13, 2022 the 2023 COLA was published at 8.7%. This is the largest increase since 1981.
HUD Tenant Data Collection Cycle Updates For Year 2022
The data collection applies to households within all LIHTC units in a project as of December 31,2022.
EOY 2022 Submissions Due March 15, 2023
The 2022 letter to the owner has been updated. A copy of the letter can be found under the End of Year Report document section on the Massachusetts page.
