1A Tenant File Compliance I (Income) with Erik Whitton
In these training sessions Erik Whitton from Spectrum Enterprises will discuss advanced topics of LIHTC compliance related to certifying low income households and maintaining good tenant files. Topics will include screening and interviewing applicants, a discussion of management due diligence to prevent tenant fraud, using pay stubs and Work Number printouts to verify jobs, and testing income using year-to-date pay data.
